I am loving my homework for the Ali Edwards’ cku-album track! By documenting last week with my SLR in hand, I was able to have our babysitter, Danielle take this beautiful shot of me and Emi. It has also forced me to really look around my environment, and pay attention to things I take for granted. I love my neighborhood, with its quiet tree-lined streets. I love being able to drive 3 minutes to my LSS, and find treasures there I hadn’t seen before. I love taking walks around our block after dinner with my family. I love hearing the voices of children playing on our street. I appreciate being a sahm, and relish this role of being the go-to parent, as I know this won’t last forever. I love being 3 1/2 months pregnant, nausea and all! And I thank God for helping to steer me on this path, as it has brought my husband and I even closer!
