today was another day filled with many emotions, and an end to a very challenging and amazing week:)
both girls had school today.
caught up with a few moms at school. so good to have them in my life, esp. those with older siblings so we have a flash of what is yet to come…
after making a bucks run, nicole and i got our scrap on while the girls were in school:)
[high five ourselves as she would say!], we were so productive:) she started a beautiful layout for an assignment, and i tackled our next card swap. and miss avery was having a ball on our table and our floor. she has the most infectious giggle!
after school, mari wasn’t that tired, and i was surprised given she woke up at o’dark thirty this morning. after lunch, some snuggle and wiggles time, we both crashed for a bit before picking up big sisser!
we ran some quick errands and got caught in the 5 minute down pour in flip flops, but we were all good:)
then, miss emi chose to take daddy golfing for her date night. my dh said she was swinging really well, and she will tell you simply that she did awesome! i just love that they both found a sport they love to do together.
mari and i picked up some dinner along the way, and had an impromptu playdate:)
bubbles + potty time + giggles + wiggles + chase me + girls being girls = FUN!
after the girls were tucked in, i finished my cards for the upcoming card swap and created work that i cannot quite share yet…will be announced next month!
missed croppin with all the girls, but family comes first:)
and there have been so so many reminders this week, that He put me here for a reason. that is to be a Mommy. i’m right where i need to be.
