what a whirlwind CHA was…

after catching up with my dear mom and sweet dh on thursday night…

friday:
was greeted with warm hugs and kisses from my girls:)
last day of summer camp
caught up on laundry and cleaned the bathrooms
unpacked
caught up with a dear friend and had a fun playdate that turned into a movie night out at church!

this is how miss m might feel if we added a baby to our mix. LOL
saturday:
we hit the sf zoo, where it was nice and cool, we got great exercise in, and the girls’ faves were the penguins and koalas. after we rode the train, the carousel, and played on the swings, we headed home and got some naps in in the car, thanks dh!
then, we were invited to spend the late afternoon/evening at a very special event. being a bay area native, i grew up on local sports. 49ers have been a long time fave in both of our households, and now having friends whose hubbys play, well we simply have a different approach. we pray for injury free games. here’s some highlights:) thank you va-wragges, we had a fantastic time with you all!

emi had a great time coloring her heart out and bouncing around through the obstacle courses! miss m and her bff had a great time just being around eachother, and my dh has a new trick that gets tons of giggles every time:
the toddler touchdown! scores each and every time. LOL!
thank you tony, nicole, addie, and avery! we love you guys so much:)
sunday:
after church, we spent the rest of the day with my dh’s family. my bil and his wife are here, and we all hung out at the pool and my sil’ house.

as always, our water babies didn’t want to leave the pool…

so, i love this shot. everyone is into the video game, except of course miss m!
and miss e sure adores her big cousin, j!

in february 2010, our family will add one more member!!! no, i’m sooooooo not preggers, but my adorable sil is:)
love you all. missed you all. and now i cannot wait to spend the later part of the week with my mom’s extended family:)
