we had a beautiful day:)
to catch up…miss m has been having wonderfully successful [no accident] days since tuesday!
she spent the morning pretty much wanting daddy [who has had the patience, honor, and priveledge of having her wanting him during potty training] and kudos for him, for he knows how hard it is for me to be at home and not be doing 4 things at once…ergo the potty training is very difficult for me, because it is hard for me to just focus on that alone], so thank you daddy!!!
miss e and i wrapped bday gifts, made bday cards and unpacked mommy’s scrap stuff from last night:)

we went to a delightful cozy gathering at the local pottery shop, and the girls picked out cute lil cupcake jewelry holders to paint. they also got to create fun lil halloween projects as a bonus:)
next, it was off to one of our fave italian spots for some pizza and princess bday cake! lovely catching up with miss e’s friends’ mom. she is adorable, and loves with her whole heart. really enjoying getting to know her:)
even though miss m pretty much was potty training today and not much else, she surprisingly still took her 2+ hour nap! potty training must be taxing for her, and she is sooo very proud of herself, just as we are!!!
after naptime, we packed up and headed out to my sil’. we had dinner with them, and trick or treated with our cousins and friends for just over 2 hours. the girls walked the entire time, except for miss m on the final block. and was very proud they didn’t ask for any candy, except when we were back at my sil’.
thank goodness tonight is turn back your clocks night…we sure can use the extra hour, if the girls cooperate that is:)
