instead of scrappin, i’ve been:
swimming with my girls
cardio sculpting x 2 yay!
cardio dancing
zumba-ing [is that even a word, ok today it is!]
enjoying art class with miss m and her dancing friends:)
cleaning my kitchen, scrap area [always a work in progress]
planning the 2nd grader mad hatter’s tea party!
enjoying some girl time in SR baby:)
dining with just my hubby and enjoying our food ininterrupted! [ i know, what a concept right?]
picking out products for my next few classes:)
catching up with old friends while picking out new products! [even better!]
watching miss e literally blossom in her art class- can’t wait til she can bring some of her artwork home!

wow…today was long, but fun:)
after cuddling with the girls in bed a good 1/2 hour before we had to get up,
i had my hugs and kisses fill:)

miss m cannot get enough of her new crown she created in art class, or making pb&js…

made a few cards for some very special people…
they will be receiving these shortly:)

been LOVIN these beauties from trader joes:)
$1.29 per bunch. LOVIN the price even more!

she is finally over being sick [knock on wood] and enjoyin all things being 7 can bring:)

all new MLS product has arrived!!!

we spend the day and early evening packing and packing and packing…

hope you all enjoyed your weekend:)
we had our ups and downs.
our ups included:

celebrating miss pattie’s birthday!

celebrating my dear dad’s birthday!
[mom made an awesome prime rib dinner, complete with all the fixings, and this new dessert with apples, pears, crossiants, ice cream, and mountain dew...i know, but it was gooooooood!]
we brought cupcakes from the girls, cards, and his presents.
along with a new watch, he received our birthday book:

winter break:)
having both girls home this week has been very nice!
here’s a look into what we’ve been up to:

my dad is such a wonderful man!
there truly aren’t words that can adequately describe how much he means to me and our family!

after drooling over their beautiful booth at CHA, i was so happy to
have finally found some bella blvd at my lss, i knew it was the perfect combo to begin his birthday book…

i mixed in some basic grey’s marakesh…

Happy Valentines’ Day!   February 14, 2010

We’ve been soaking up the sunshine overhere in the BAY!

took a nice long walk around our neighborhood yesterday, amidst the cleaning and potty training, and oh it felt soooooo good!

and we were busy bees last week:
we made:
pretzel hugs, sugar cookies, and jelly bean treat bags for friends at school.
this year, miss e’s teacher threw the class valentines day party all on her own…the kids were so surprised and so enjoyed their fun treats!
as room mom, we’re preparing for their annual mad hatter’s tea party!
we will have sewing parties with all the kids, and can’t wait to go out and start looking for and buying all the fun supplies! each child will make their own hat…oh the possibilities are endless!
thanks in advance to my mom, and my friend’s moms who are coming to sew:)

and lastly, here is miss e scaring away her bronchitis!

happy friday to everyone!
it is an oh happy day for our household…
miss e was well enough to go back to school today.
she so missed her friends.
and her teachers.
and they missed her.
they were allowed to wear red/pink today.
bad mamma for not taking photos yet, but both miss e and miss m were rockin their valentines outfits from gymboree today!
got some cleaning done.
productive meeting.
even some down time. [big yay!]
while miss e was at art class, miss m and i visited an lss that i’ll be teaching at soon…
details to come shortly!
picked out some products for a make n take that i’ll be doing for them at a fundraising event. i’m really looking forward to this!
picked up some new AC – dear lizzy stuff. oh so stinkin cute! their booth was directly across from us at CHA…oh the drool!
we were going to have a date night tonight, but since miss e is still getting over bronchitis, we scratched dinner for two and made it dinner for four at our fave spot.
and oh, did it hit the spot!
nothing like quality family time at our fave restaurant and our girls pretty much behaved!
note to self: when in a booth, make sure miss m is on the side with the wall! LOL
on our way home, we were singing opera style, telling knock knock jokes, etc…
and miss e exclaims “MOMMY- You SO need to be MORE NORMAL!!!”
i thought to myself…
whatever does she mean:

what is NOT normal about this???
when i showed her these photos…
she told me:
Oh, MOMMY, try harder!!!

welcome monday~
miss e woke with a fever. she was home with me this morning. she worked on brownie stuff, and i tackled mt o laundry!
and cleaned out my closet:)

onto happier things:

pattie, rocio, and a bunch of other wonderful ladies took miss debby’s schuh’s painters tray class…the weekend after CHA.
if you haven’t taken a class from her, please do! she is such a delight, funny, and so creative! and so calm…

which is why as evidenced in this photo of me, while setting up our CHA booth, tells you i was great need of a nice calm debby class! LOL

hello and welcome to the where in the world did my week go brain?
let’s have a recap…
both girls in school
swimming lessons started, oh party on in the water!
new swim teacher miss m adores!
new ballet shoes, getting ready for miss m’s first recital
cardio sculpt class
volunteer at school
household chores
ww, back to tracking! down 11 lbs…very happy so far!

cardio dance class
mommy n me art with miss m
volunteer for reading with miss e
was told from one of my gym teachers that i remind her of a dear childhood friend and that it is her priveldge to have me in class…no rhythmn and all LOL!
car wash- oops then it rained again! LOL
unpacked from CHA- my goodies suitcase:) i’ll play soon!

more potty progress
zumba class, with miss j who is back at our gym now, yay!
miss e’s spring recital routine started and new costume arrived!
art class for miss e, who loves her teacher and class, and enjoyed working with clay
the girls got to spend the weekend with my parents
treats galore undoubtedly
soaked up the sunshine in my parents spacious backyard
played well with eachother, made up new games [love hearing that]
dh and i had dinner and movie date night!
go see the edge of darkness- it was fabulous!
church event- lovely guest speaker
school auction dinner
too many funny moments, oh the paparrazi, masks, glasses, and dancing:)
and what did we bid on…oh yeah! LOL
church, bible study.
so happy pastor is back home

and now off to finish running errands while the house is quiet so i can get prepared for the week ahead…
