photo a day, part one and two   December 2, 2008

omgosh, i cannot quite say how happy i am with finally being able to attempt to get THE shots that i want! those that truly capture who my girls are! thanks again to pascale, she is flippin insane!!! the way she teaches what she teaches is just down right awesome! i cannot wait to take another course from her, after much practice!
these photos were all shot in manual mode! now, my two year old finally lets me *in* because she doesn’t have to worry about mommy’s flash going all the time!

december 1st:

totally have to practice when i don’t have ideal lighting inside. but look at my mari! she is just beautiful, and my photo finally shows it:)

proud of myself for remembering to switch to shade mode, before even shooting these:) little things make me so happy! here, she is, my mari! the first photo, she is just watching an airplane. a FAVORITE pasttime for her. the second photo is just classic mari, saying OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH! like when she opens the door while her daddy is going to the bathroom and exclaims, *OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH* like good boy daddy! the third shot of her is playing in the dirt with her favorite lovey.

and i cannot wait to scrap these last two, oh my mari!!!
back to scrappin- working on my DT stuff.

i’m trying out some tips i learned from suzy! just love these shots! she got her haircut today, and of course, once we’re home the cute clips are out, and she is back to her normal no fuss self! she has chalk all over her face, too, as her and daddy were playing in the *chalk* dust, after writing on the driveway! here’s to capturing more moments like these!
